If you are receiving a picture but it appears
to be frozen, check that your browser is set
to "refresh with each visit to page".

To do this in IE4 go to View / Internet options /
Settings and select "Every visit to page" then "O.K."

Go to View / Options / Advanced and select
"Every visit to page" then "O.K."

Netscape Navigator
Go to View / Preferences / click the "+" sign
beside Advanced / click on cache and check
"Refresh every time"
